Request Tax Exempt Status

To request tax exempt status, please first complete your account set-up. Then send an email request to the link below that includes your account holder name and attach your tax exempt certificate. With valid proof submitted, FCI will assign tax exempt status to your ship to address. If you have more than one ship to address in your account, you will need to submit valid certificate for each applicable ship to address.
