Warranty Period
All Models of FLT93 Flow/Level Switches:      3 Years from date of purchase
All other models, products, and accessories:  1 Year from date of purchase

(Note:  Extended warranty periods are available on all FCI products. Please contact your local sales representative on how to order.)

                                          Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we hope that you will first discuss your issue with us to give us a chance to make it right for you. If a return is needed, FCI will gladly accept the product back and refund the purchase price and taxes to the credit card used to purchase the product. The returned product and/or accessories must be in new, un-used condition, and returned in box and packaging that will ensure no damage occurs during their transportation.

To process your return both effectively and safely, FCI requires you to complete a "return material authorization" form (RMA) and submit to FCI* for review and authorization prior to returning the product. FCI will process your RMA and advise you of a RMA number to affix to note on your paper work and return label.

RMA Procedures

• Complete a "return material authorization" form (RMA) and submit to FCI*.
• Accept and sign the Decontamination Statement included with the RMA form.
• Upon completion and receipt of above, FCI will contact you with the Return Authorization number.
• Returned products must include any applicable MSDS sheets with the shipment.
